Moser Baer, India’s second largest PV manufacturer behind Tata BP Solar, will buy 25MW of First Solar’s thin-film panels, with delivery to take place by June.
In addition to a long roster of projects in India, including a recently commissioned 1MW thin-film installation in Maharashtra, Moser Baer claims to be developing projects in Germany, Italy, the US, Australia. It did not specify where the First Solar modules would be put to use.
