Masdar faces fresh delays, as it struggles to attract tenants

The completion date for Masdar City, the futuristic zero-carbon city Abu Dhabi made the central pillar of its successful campaign to host the International Renewable Energy Agency (Irena), has once again been delayed – this time to as late as 2025.
