Masdar City's completion delayed four years: report

Masdar City, the centrepiece of Abu Dhabi’s strategy to become a global hub for the renewables industry, will not be finished until at least 2020 – four years later than planned – due to greater-than-expected problems with scaling up renewables technologies.
