The deal confirms project developer and builder SPI as KDC Solar’s preferred provider of the full range range of engineering, construction and operations services for “a significant portion” of its project portfolio.
New Jersey-based KDC focuses on projects of 2MW and larger, located on customer sites.
KDC, funded in part by $225m in equity from Diamond Castle Holdings, has 18MW of solar projects under construction.
