JA Solar ups shipment guidance for 2009, shares surge

JA Solar’s share price rocketed 16% after the ascendant Chinese solar-cell maker upwardly revised its shipment guidance for 2009, feeding fuel to the notion that the global solar industry is rapidly reversing its misfortunes of the past year.
