Greek thin-film PV maker to open plant in Philadelphia

HelioSphera, known previously as Next Solar, will spend hundreds of millions of dollars on a thin-film photovoltaic (PV) manufacturing plant in Philadelphia, creating 400 jobs, says Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell.
