Fraunhofer ISE links with TSO to improve PV feed-in forecasts

The Fraunhofer ISE institute and Baden-Württemberg transmission system operator (TSO) TransnetBW said they have developed a method to improve projections for the feed-in of electricity from PV installations by up to 20% when compared to current estimates.
