First Solar may repurchase 230MW project from Exelon

First Solar may have to repurchase from Exelon the 230MW Antelope Valley Solar Ranch (AVSR) 1 PV project if an unresolved construction permit issue continues to delay initial funding of up to $646m in US government loans.
