The 24.7MW Shizukuishi development is under construction in the Iwate Prefecture, and is expected to become operational by the end of 2016.
Shizukuishi entered into a 20-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with the Tohoku Electric Power, said Etrion.
The 9.3MW Mito project, under construction in the neighboring Ibaraki Prefecture, is expected to be operational by the end of 2015.
Mito is also expected to enter into a 20-year PPA by the end of 2014 with TEPCO, added Etrion.
