The agreement, which they submitted to the state Public Service Commission (PSC) for approval, would enhance distributed energy resource programs that Duke Energy originally filed for regulatory approval in February. If approved, they would take effect this fall.
Signatories to the accord include Duke Energy, South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff, Coastal Conservation League, South Carolina Solar Business Alliance, Southern Alliance for Clean Energy, Alliance for Solar Choice and others.
