Dominion did not release terms of the transaction, which is the Virginia-based company’s first solar project in Utah.
The Pavant Solar project has a 20-year off-take and interconnection agreements, although Dominion did not provide details.
Juwi solar awarded an engineering, procurement, ad construction contract for the project to JSI Construction Group, which will also monitor and maintain the facility during initial years of operation.
