This week Deepwater submitted a proposal to build a utility-scale PV project in Connecticut that would be the largest solar plant in New England.
The Simsbury Solar Farm would tip the scales at 26.4MW(ac) and interconnect with the transmission system near the town of Simsbury, in central Connecticut.
The Simsbury project would appear to represent Deepwater’s first foray into solar development.
