Court approves NRG Energy-SunEd PV, wind asset deal

NRG Energy today received court approval from US Bankruptcy Judge Stuart Bernstein to move forward with agreements to acquire SunEdison’s interests in a portfolio of 2.138GW of utility-scale PV and wind projects in the US.
