The partners say arranged tax equity investments from “two prominent US banks” which they did not name, in addition to providing their own development and sponsor equity capital.
The solar farms are located across five locations in Eastern North Carolina. Construction began in February with completion due in 2015. Electric utility Duke Energy will buy power from the facilities under a 15-year agreement.
