The 5MW free-field array was built near Newark-on-Trent in Nottinghamshire, and was completed just six weeks after receiving planning consent on 24 May.
Conergy acted as engineering, procurement and commissioning contractor, working alongside local installation partner Lark Energy.
The German solar group was contracted by investor Lightsource Renewable Energy, which was funded by London-based Octopus Investments.
