CIGS specialist AQT raises 'for sale' sign as minnows flounder

California’s AQT Solar has hired a firm to broker a sale of its assets and technology, as the flood waters continue to rise around all but the strongest players in the copper, indium, selenide, gallium (CIGS) sector.
