“The machinery is all in Brazil. In December the facility will be concluded and in January we'll start producing 17MW to 20MW of modules per month,” said Adalberto Maluf, BYD's Brazil representative.
In May 2015 BYD announced plans to build 400MW plant, but in November the same year it said it would only produce 200MW because of lack of incentives. BYD has not confirmed the investment until now.
