China's BYD commits to Brazilian PV sector with 200MW factory

Chinese PV module-maker BYD expects to start production at its new Brazilian assembly plant in January, when the 200MW-a-year unit is expected to be accredited by the National Development Bank (BNDES) under the country’s local content rules.
