Centrosolar is one of Germany’s largest makers of integrated solar kits – comprising modules, converters and mounting systems – which it targets principally at the domestic rooftop market. The firm sources solar cells from a range of suppliers, but has long made its own modules.
The new production line will allow Centrosolar, which employs more than 1,000 people, to manufacture an extra 1,000 modules a day.
