The company reported unaudited first quarter results Thursday after announcing in June it would delay their release after the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) sent subpoenas seeking information about certain 2009 sales.
An investigation by Canadian Solar’s audit committee “has concluded that the transactions identified in the SEC subpoena were properly accounted for in the Company’s annual report” and the investigation has ended.
