Canadian Solar lifts 2016 revenue guidance, sending shares soaring

Canadian Solar beat its own guidance for shipments, revenue and gross margin in the first quarter and raised its full-year revenue guidance, with chief financial officer Michael Potter saying the company is well placed in an industry environment “where the strong get stronger”.
