Solar power developer Canadian Solar has inked a power purchase agreement (PPA) with online retail giant Amazon in Australia for power from its 146MW Gunnedah PV farm, in the latest momentum-gathering deal in the corporate renewables market.
The power from the solar farm, which uses the developer new-generation Biku bifacial modules, is set to come into commercial operation next year.
