The deal gives 14% of shares in Canadian Solar subsidiary Canadian Solar Japan to West Holding, which will distribute and sell residential rooftop solar systems. Product deliveries began last month.
Also, Canadian Solar says it will discuss its fourth-quarter 2009 results and business outlook during a conference call 3 March at 8 a.m., US Eastern Time.
