The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) says it made the move under the Special Import Measures Act after the government received a dumping complaint filed by four companies.

They were Eclipsall Energy Corporation (Toronto, Ontario), Heliene (Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario), Silfab Ontario (Mississauga, Ontario), and Solgate (Woodbridge, Ontario).

CSBA says it will make additional information about the investigation within 15 days in a Statement of Reasons on its website www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/sima-lmsi/menu-eng.html.
