The project at the Napoleon, Ohio, factory is being developed by BNB Renewable Energy Holdings and Enfinity America and marks the beginning of a broader joint development agreement between the two companies.
Enfinity is responsible for arranging financing and co-managing installation, contracts and future operations with BNB, the companies say.
They intend to collaborate on additional distributed generation projects in BNB’s portfolio.
