Buffett utility proposes 100MW PV facility in Nevada

NV Energy, part of billionaire Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway conglomerate, is asking regulators in Nevada to approve a 100MW PV facility as it moves forward the retirement date for a controversial coal-fired generating plant.
