Developed jointly by Solar Millennium and Chevron Energy Solutions, Blythe, “as mitigated, will have no significant impacts and complies with applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and standards (LORS) in most environmental areas,” according to a proposed decision issued by the presiding member of the committee.
Further, “the project’s benefits outweigh its environmental impacts and recommends that the [CEC] make override findings and approve the project in spite of the impacts.”
