BayWa r.e. buys Martifer Solar USA

Germany’s BayWa r.e. has acquired Martifer Solar USA, the solar development subsidiary of Portugal’s Martifer Group which filed for bankruptcy protection earlier this year after failing to come to terms with its creditors.
