The deal, which would see Baraclit incorporate Uni-Solar’s flexible amorphous silicon modules into its “flat roof” system, offers a significant growth opportunity for Uni-Solar – assuming it manages to stay afloat after ECD’s bankruptcy arrangements are finalised.
