The deal may also see Spanish equipment manufacturers Prius Energy (trackers and racks) and Isofoton (panels) bring manufacturing facilities to the state to manufacture the 239,400 panels and solar trackers the project would require. Project construction would create 300 jobs while the manufacturing plants would add 300 more, permanently, according to the Office of Ohio Governor Ted Strickland. Their involvement hinges on approval of state and local incentives.
