Abengoa Solar Mojave receives positive CEC staff assessments

Staff of the California Energy Commission (CEC) evaluating Abengoa’s proposed 250 megawatt solar parabolic trough plant proposed in the Mojave Desert say its impact on a range of issues from soil and water quality to public health would be “less than significant”, provided mitigation measures are followed.
