ABB shifts inverter production from US to Europe

In another blow for Arizona’s solar industry, ABB Group, the world’s fourth largest supplier of PV inverters, is closing its inverter plant in Phoenix, with a loss of nearly 100 jobs, and shifting the production to Europe, according to a local press report.
