The group in the name of more than a dozen European PV manufacturers handed in a request to the EC before a deadline to do so that ends today, EU ProSun said in a statement sent to Recharge.
One of the companies was Germany's SolarWorld, Europe's last still-standing large solar panel maker. SolarWorld has been the driving force in the EU and in the US pushing for anti-dumping measures against what it perceives to be illegal Chinese trade practices.
