One bill, proposed by eight members of the government's Victory Front Party, says that for net-metering purposes, solar, wind, geothermal or biomass microgeneration systems must be no bigger than 100kW. It also removes taxes from the power injected into the grid and says that the per-MWh amount credited on consumers' bills for the power generated must not be less than the amount that customers are charged.
