Xcel says 200MW wind contract is among lowest cost ever seen

Xcel Energy, the nation’s top wind utility, says it will buy the output of a 200MW NextEra Energy Resources wind project planned in Colorado, calling it one of the lowest-cost wind projects it has seen.
