The US Treasury Department finding follows word that government officials investigating the anti-dumping/countervailing duty complaint against Chinese PV cell and module manufacturers will take at least a month longer than previously thought.
Reuters quotes an anonymous official within the US Commerce Department saying that a preliminary decision on countervailing duties in response to the SolarWorld complaint will be issued 14 February.
