US 'greenlights' solar and wind projects on public lands

The US Interior Department (DOI) has approved use of public lands in Arizona for NextEra Energy Resources’ 300MW Sonoran Solar project, and in California for Iberdrola Resources’ 186MW Tule Wind development.
