US backs $100bn annual climate fund - Clinton

US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says the US would be willing to contribute towards a $100bn-a-year climate-change fund pooled by developed countries, as negotiators scramble to rescue the Copenhagen summit from an increasing likelihood of failure.
