Troubled Panasonic stands by 'world top-three' PV ambitions

Panasonic reaffirmed its commitment to becoming one of the world’s three largest PV manufacturers by 2015, despite swallowing a ¥40.7bn ($499m) loss in the past quarter and announcing it will slash another 17,000 jobs.
