Subsea links could prove bad deal for Irish consumers: report

The Irish government has not fully thought through its ambition to build new interconnectors (ICs) linking the Irish and UK grids, and may ultimately force Irish ratepayers to subsidize green electricity consumed in Britain, a report cautions.
