Statoil puts $3.7bn price tag on Norway's CCS plant plans

Norwegian oil giant StatoilHydro estimates the investment cost to imprison millions of tonnes of carbon dioxide a year at a full scale carbon capture and storage (CCS) plant at Mongstad will be about $3.7bn.
