Solyndra emails suggest layoff delay was to miss election

With US Energy Secretary Steven Chu set to testify before Congress this week, new Solyndra emails suggests the Obama Administration may have tried to manage the timing of the company’s first layoff announcements last year to avoid bad news right before election day.
