Senator says no stimulus money for Chinese turbines

Democrat US Senator Charles Schumer is demanding that no US stimulus funds go to the proposed $1.5bn West Texas wind farm that is to use 240 turbines from Chinese manufacturer A-Power Energy Generation Systems.
