Obama steps up criticism of Romney's wind tax credit stance

President Barack Obama on Tuesday signalled that he intends to make his challenger’s opposition to renewal of the US wind industry’s main federal tax credit a key campaign issue in Midwestern states in the run up to 6 November elections.
