The Canadian renewable energy developers received approval from the Supreme Court of British Columbia, following their 7 March announcement of a merger to create Altaterra Power.
Plutonic shareholders agreed the deal on 28 April.
The companies say certain conditions remain, but they expect the merger arrangement to be completed by the end of this week.
