Magma Energy buying Plutonic Power in C$190m merger

Geothermal developer Magma Energy and wind and hydro developer Plutonic Power have agreed to merge, creating a diversified renewable energy development company with operating geothermal, wind and hydro assets in Canada, Iceland and Nevada.
