JA settles lawsuit regarding failed 2008 Lehman investment

Fast-growing Chinese PV manufacturer JA Solar has agreed to settle a class-action lawsuit brought against it by investors, who alleged the company hoodwinked them about its financial health during the throes of the financial crisis.
