Infigen snapped up the 50% stakes it did not already own in four projects under development: the 120MW Flyers Creek and the 70-100MW Bodangora installations, both in New South Wales; the 35-50MW Cherry Tree project in Victoria; and the 450-540MW Woakwine project in South Australia.

In exchange, Infigen shelled out A$1.4m ($1.4m) in cash, and handed NPP its interests in the 54MW Glen Innes wind farm in New South Wales and 100MW of other projects being jointly developed by the two companies.
