Delhi has boosted the maximum size of individual projects in the second round of the National Solar Mission (NSM) fourfold, and binned a rule that that limited developers to just one project per auction round, as Recharge first reported in June.
With about 350MW up for grabs in the second round, developers are allowed to submit bids on individual projects up to 20MW – compared to the 5MW ceiling imposed in the first round.
