The merger will see Leaf Clean acquire all of the issued and to be issued share capital of Trading Emissions , a closed-end investment firm that also specialises in emissions instruments such as carbon credits.
The merged company says it will have a balanced portfolio of renewable energy and other carbon exposed assets in the US, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
