One of the most contentious issues on the negotiating table in Copenhagen is how much money rich countries will ultimately be convinced to hand over to the developing world to mitigate and adapt to climate change.
Stefan Gsänger, secretary general of the World Wind Energy Association, says that too much focus is being placed on the amount of money, while too little attention is being given to how the money will be spent.
